 I know it's been a while since I've posted anything new, and I apologize for that, guys. I've been busy working with a translator to try and get Gangbusters subbed (yes, it might actually be happening!), as well as trying to hunt down more unique and rare films for the channel. Here is a list of everything that's uploaded, coming soon, and the latest banned movie download! Being uploaded to the channel as I type this is this rare piece of Thai cinema, called Cobra Thunderbolt. If you're thinking this is another vehicle/tank film like "Supervan," then you'd be right, only this one has that Asian flavor to it and that gorgeous eastern 80's lighting that I just eat with a spoon. In it, a paralyzed war vet builds a supertank to take on terrorists with the help of his best friend and his girlfriend, who have their own unique gear.  Hello all, here I am with another quick update on the latest movie added to the channel. This one is called The Amsterdam Kill, and was filmed in Amsterdam & Hong Kong as a co-production between Golden Harvest & Columbia Pictures. Mitchum stars as a disavowed DEA agent who gets back in the game when Chinese heroin dealers start dying one by one, and one of their kingpins hires Mitchum to forward tips to his old DEA associates. When the tips start going bad & agents start getting killed, it's up to Mitchum to find the mole in the agency & destroy the heroin smuggling once and for all. This movie is smart, nicely paced, and has tight direction from Robert Clouse. The highlight for me was seeing Mitchum climb in a bulldozer and plow through four greenhouses being used to make the drugs--it's so worth it!  Well gang, here's the blog for The Lost Movie Studio. I'll try and update this blog frequently to keep you posted on all the cool stuff I'm working on & some of the movies that will be headed your way soon. First up are the latest uploads to the channel. Check them out below! The Mafia Connection, aka Black Lemons, is one I just finished uploading today. It stars Antonio Sabato, Silvano Tranquili, and Florinda Bolkan in a film that served as a prototype for eurocrimers that came in later years. Sabato delivers a solid performance as a man who is trying to rebuild his life after a powerful mafia family destroyed it & stole his business out from under him. The print I used is kinda lousy, and I apologize for that, but it was the only one with an English dub, so that's why I used it. Oddly enough, this movie was released in Region 1 on DVD by Mya Video, but it is now horribly OOP & unavailable. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! This was last night's up...
